HALTBAR ELECTRIC INC. is the overseas subsidiary of Shanghai Jieling Construction Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Parent Company”), 

Parent Company registered in March 1998, is located in China. The company made large-scale investment into the renew-able energy development and has developed a great variety of photovoltaic products, such as off grid solar inverters, solar charge controllers, hybrid solar inverters, power inverters and many related products development projects.

Originally, the company provided various professional services in the fields of construction project, land use project, construc- tion project planning and design, architectural engineering design, and sales of building materials, coatings, household appliances and chemical products.

In recent years, the company has successfully transformed from a traditional construction company to an environmentally friendly construction technology develop-ment company. It has integrated research and development, marketing and sales, and has dedicated to the solar industry. Through the efforts of our professional teams, with the cooperation of our partners and the support of our customers, the company has developed into one of the leading enterprises in the solar industry in the eastern China.

Shanghai Jieling Construction Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Parent Company”) was registered and located in China.

Year 2020

Parent Company's business income reached RMB￥58,490,556.04 (equivalent to US$ 8,958,300.00 at present exchange rate). Yet, the company’s Board of Shareholders has broader vision for the company’s future development, with the need from the international market, to set the vision for globalization. The board has recognized increasing demand from both China and the United States and is now seeking to establish an overseas subsidiary company to serve better for the customers and the markets.

HALTBAR ELECTRIC INC. established a strategic partnership with ZPMC (Zhenhua Port Machinery Company) to expand our business to port machinery field by providing ZPMC shore cranes maintenance and parts supply in North America and South America.
